Camera-Ready Paper Instructions

The author instructions site for ICCCN 2012 is now live. The link is below; all authors of the conference and workshop papers, please use the conference ID ICCCN12 to access the submission site.

IMPORTANT: Please note that all camera-ready papers are uploaded to the IEEE publication site directly (NOT EDAS).

Conf ID: ICCCN12

Submitted camera-ready papers must be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, 10-pt font) and must be submitted via IEEE publication site according to the instructions (formatted for letter (8.5x11-inch) paper).

For the main conference, a regular camera-ready manuscript should be no longer than 7 pages. Up to two additional pages are permitted if the authors are willing to pay an over-length charge at the time of registration (the manuscript may not exceed 9 pages).

For the workshop program, a regular camera-ready manuscript should be no longer than 5 pages. One additional page is permitted if the authors are willing to pay an over-length charge at the time of registration (the manuscript may not exceed 6 pages).

Submitted camera-ready papers must not have been previously published in or be under consideration for publication in another journal or conference.

The paper title and author name list/order cannot be changed during the final camera-ready submission. All authors of a paper must be registered in the RIGHT order as that in the manuscript submitted for peer reviewing.

Registration: The authors acknowledge that a full registration to the conference needs to be associated with each accepted paper. One full registration covers up to two papers from the conference and/or workshops; see the registration form for details. Papers for which no full registration has been received by the camera-ready deadline may be removed from the program.

Presentation: The authors acknowledge that accepted papers need to be presented in person at the conference by one of the authors of the paper. Papers that are not presented by one of the authors (for any reason, including visa issues, travel problems, etc.) may be removed from IEEE Xplore.

If you have any questions about the paper submission, please contact TPC chairs at prasant@cs.ucdavis.edu and noubir@ccs.neu.edu.
