| ICCCN 2007 urges all
the foreign authors to start US visa application AS SOON
AS POSSIBLE. The conference will do the best to provide
invitation letters but registration and fee payment must
be done first before the letter be issued as this is the
standard procedure for any conference.
Anyone who paid reg. fee needs the letter must
provide: name, affiliation, address of the affiliation,
tel/fax numbers, email address, paper number, paper
title, author names of the paper, etc. Please send your
