Track 5: Mobile/Pervasive Communications, Networking and Sensing
Track Co-Chairs:

Description:
Future mobile networks are envisioned to support a wide range of emerging applications—such as industrial automation, autonomous driving, UAV-based communication, extended reality (XR), and integrated sensing and localization. Unlike traditional data transmission, many of these applications impose stringent service requirements, including ultra-high reliability, low latency, massive connectivity, high spectral efficiency, and the ability to handle heterogeneous traffic. Meeting these demands within dynamic mobile environments remains a significant challenge. Furthermore, modern applications—such as indoor positioning, vehicular communications, and covert networking—require networks to deliver not only communication services but also sensing capabilities. Joint design and operation of sensing and communication offer a promising pathway to enhance spectrum and signaling efficiency. Such integration can occur at multiple levels, from loosely coupled frameworks to fully unified systems. This Pervasive Communications, Networking, and Sensing track aims to bring together leading researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to discuss recent advances, trends, and challenges in these areas. We invite high-quality original research contributions on topics including, but not limited to:
