Description:
The design of efficient, scalable, and intelligent network architectures, algorithms, and protocols remains one of the fundamental challenges in computer networking. To this end, novel networking techniques, optimization methods, and measurement tools are essential for advancing today’s increasingly complex and heterogeneous communication environments. This track provides researchers, industry professionals, and practitioners with a forum to present the latest research results in the rapidly evolving areas of network design, algorithm development, protocol innovation, and performance evaluation. We solicit original and unpublished research on theoretical exploration, network design, system optimization, empirical measurements, and real-world implementations. Contributions that explore AI-native, sustainable, secure, and emerging paradigms in networking are especially encouraged. The topics of this track include but are not limited to:
• Network algorithms and optimization
• Cross-layer network design and control
• Network modeling, measurements, and analysis
• Machine learning and big data for networking
• Networking for AI and AI-native networks
• Federated and distributed learning in wireless and wireline networks
