Please note that the ICCCN 2008 Group Rate is US$148 (plus taxes) single or double.
Extra guest charge $40 per guest per night. Group rate extended (3) days prior and
(3) days after the conference based on availability up to the group cut-off date.

Cutoff Date: July 3, 2008. After the cutoff date, the Hotel will honor reservations based
on a space and rate available basis at the conference rate.
Guaranteed Reservation and Cancelation:
All reservations must be accompanied by a TWO night
advance payment or guaranteed with a major credit card (this advance payment
will be refundable only if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days
prior to arrival date.
Early Departure Fee:
An early departure fee of US$148 may only be charged if
an attendee checks out of the Hotel prior to the scheduled departure date, without
having notified the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.

Check out time: 11:00AM
There is a bellman/housekeeping gratuity of 5% of the group room rate, per
room, per night.
Towel rental: there is a $2.00 per charge for any towels taken off property and
a $25 charge if not returned.

The ICCCN 2008 has a contractual obligation to fill a guaranteed room blocks at
the Frenchman's Reef & Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort. Significant financial
penalties will be assessed should ICCCN 2008 fall short of the guest room night
commitment with the Hotel. By staying at the ICCCN 2008 conference hotel, you will
enjoy the convenience and provide valued assistance in support of ICCCN 2008 Conference’s
financial obligations.
